Meet Our Team

Robert Coco, CEO

Robert Coco, CEO, founded Choice Property Resources in 1999 and has over 35 years of experience in the multifamily industry. He has developed and implemented many successful programs to increase ancillary income for owners. Today, Bob manages the long-term strategy for Choice and oversees accounting and verification of vendor payments to our property owners. He is also a Certified Apartment Supplier with the National Apartment Association.

Mike Coco, President

As President, Mike Coco manages the daily operations and company strategy for Choice. Since joining the company in 2001, Mike has immersed himself in the multifamily industry. His expertise in telecom technology and ancillary contract negotiations has increased the asset value for mid-sized property owners nationwide. In 2006, Mike became a Certified Apartment Supplier with the National Apartment Association.

Tia Murphy, Vice President

With a background in administration, training and education, Tia joined Choice in 2009. She supervises both the Account Management and Contract Management departments. Tia challenges her team to discover ancillary service opportunities that best fit each property owner’s business goals and to increase client efficiencies. Tia also manages the marketing training for all on-site property staff training.

Jen Cichowski, Vice President, Accounting

Jen plays a key role in the financial operations and management for Choice. With over 20 years of experience, Jen leads the team in financial forecasting, analysis, management and IT. She strives for technology innovations and efficiencies to bring valuable strategies and services to our clients.

Dean Wolfe, Vice President, Technology & Vendor Relations

Dean joined Choice in 2010 with over 20 years of experience in business management, marketing and property management. He negotiates and implements national vendor contracts for our multifamily operators. Dean stays current with the latest ancillary technologies and trends to discover the right solutions for our clients’ properties. He also handles management reporting, analysis and new staff training.

Joe Reeder, National Sales Manager

Joe’s primary responsibility is to develop partnerships with owners and managers of multifamily properties. In this position, he creates customized solutions to meet clients’ business goals and uncovers new opportunities for each property. With over ten years of experience with professional services, Joe provides a diverse background for new business development.

Tammy Hunter, Senior Account Executive

Since 2013, Tammy manages ancillary services contracts for our national multifamily client accounts. With vast property management experience, having served as a property manager of a 380-unit property. Tammy also gained multifamily experience working with Cass Information Systems managing utility billing expenses.

Jennifer Coco, Business Development Executive

As a member of the account management team, Jennifer connects and builds relationships with existing clients. She plays a key role with multifamily operators to strengthen ancillary contracts. Jennifer has over 10 years of business experience and understands what it takes to make companies successful.

Lena Smith, Senior Account Executive

Lena has over 15 years of experience in business and account management. As a skilled account executive, she works directly with multifamily operators. Lena helps Choice clients meet their goals and resolve residents’ needs with customized vendor service solutions. Lena also specializes in laundry solutions for our clients.
